ThomasNet is best known as a ‘supplier discovery platform’ which specialises in connecting buyers with suppliers, but their blog is a sight to behold; colourful, image-rich and fully of useful advice, it’s a joy to read.
From the National Association of Manufacturers, the Shopfloor blog focuses on the all important manufacturing topic of policy and also covers the often thorny side that is politics. If there’s something you need to be aware of, you’ll find it covered here.

Ok, so this one comes from the Alliance for American Manufacturing, but there’s nothing like keeping tabs on what’s taking place across the pond, and this website is a rich resource for US manufacturing techniques, news and trends.

Another US-centric manufacturing blog, this time overseen by the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). This website is a brilliant pitstop for key manufacturer resources and advice from industry experts.

As the name suggests, this blog focuses mainly on the industrial sector of manufacturing and is the place to go for advice on all things marketing. In particular, they focus heavily on content marketing, which is becoming the go-to marketing tactic for manufacturers in 2016.

Featuring almost solely UK-centric content, this particular blog is run by a significantly-sized team behind the scenes, so you’re guaranteed an impressive amount of fresh content every day.
